What payment methods do you accept?

The order is processed between 1 to 2 days followed by an additional 3 to 5 days for shipping.

Blinx Lash and Spa releases responsibility of inventory once a tracking number has been made and sent to the customer.  If unique circumstances, the company will deliberate the proceedings.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. No exceptions.

How do I book an appointment?

One will be able to both book and view Monique's openings via blinxlash.as.me/ of by. clicking the "Appointments" tab at the top of the page. A $25 deposit will be required to book which is then put towards the total of your appointment. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our primary method of payment is via card via Square but we do also take cash.

Where are you located?

We are located at 10770 Columbia Pike Rd, Suite 300, Silver Spring, MD 20901.

Approximately 24 hours and 12 hours before your appointment, you will receive a reminder text with the location as well as contact information for Monique. 

What is your late/cancellation policy for appointments?

There is a 15 minute grace period. Up to 30 minutes, one will be charged a late fee of $35.  After 30minutes, the appointment would be cancelled with consideration for the next appointment.  The individual will be given the option to reschedule but would be required to pay for the missed appointment and a new deposit for the other appointment.  For cancellations with 24hours notice, no charge, less than 24hrs, 50% charge while a no call no show would incur a 100% charge. 

Do you offer after hours appointments?

Before or after-hours appointments are offered on a rolling or first-come, first-serve basis.  This incurs an additional fee of $30.

What aftercare tips should I use to help maintain my set?

One should wash lashes 2x per day with the Blinx Lash and Spa Lash Wash ($15) or our Blinx Kit ($60).

No mascara, makeup or heavy creams on lash extensions. 

No hot water or heavy steam in the first 24 to 48 hours. 

Book your refill every 2 to 3 weeks.
